Some examples include:- backed up garburator required service- fridge leaked water over the whole kitchen floor and needed repair- dvd player faulty and needed to be replaced- door handle broke off and needed to be replaced- had to request our mid week room 'tidy' 4 times and wait 3 days past due date for room to be cleaned- spa charges on final bill for over $300 which we were not responsible forThis was a beautiful property when new and in a fantastic location, however the overall service levels from staff and the maintenance of the property is poor given all the defects and poor customer service we experienced.
