1. Our son and his bride had an oceanfront condo on bottom level in a 1 level pod-they had a great space for extension into the grass and on their patio.

6. We loved listening to the ocean 24/7, being able to sunbath on our private patio/yard area and walk straight into the ocean, the privacy of an end unit, being able to cook our own meals when we wanted to, and the overall romantic atmosphere.

8. She finally relinquished and said that they would partially refund our pre-paid condo to a partial ocean view, which truly was still a stretch since from our patio, there was 'NO' ocean view.

9. The ocean is fairly far away and there is a row of hedges separating the beach from the lawn, and this blocks your view when you're sitting down at the dining room table or sitting on the patio chairs on the lanai.
