1. The pool and tennis club is across the highway, with a kid-friendly pool with a sandy part, waterfalls and a waterslide.

8. Not sure what other units are like, but we were in building 42 and it's faces a major highway, is nowhere close to the ocean ( about a 10 minute walk), and in need of updating.
