1. Finally a tip: if the only reason you have to go to this property is the beach (which is very nice), there is a public park with plenty of parking and restrooms / showers just south of the property.

2. Other genius ideas from the accounting department include $15-a-day self parking at a satellite lot (valet is even higher) & obscene daily Wi Fi charges - when you are paying a top rate of $500 to $775 a day it's not really about the money, it's about feeling like you are being played - for a place that relies on repeat business with long term stays, these are not good ways to maintain good will.
"My soul is at peace here (but the bean-counters do their best to ruin it!) " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/9/2011 Vote
3. I agree that charging $15 each for parking and wifi is excessive; I'd rather have them add it on to the room rate - at least you wouldn't feel as if you're being nickled and dimed to death.

4. The beach is open to the public, but limited parking effectively restricts the number of non-guests using the beach.

9. In fact, after finding some parking and walking to our room, I saw not one single person in the entire trek through the lobby, corridors to our room.

10. Only comments less than "Great!" were related to: Our first evening we came back late (11:15) and were unfamiliar with parking and no valet attendants were to be seen for parking our vehicle.
