1. Although they did get a maintenance worker to fix it within an hour, the front desk's response to this was not like other Marriotts - and like other reviewers comments about service at this hotel it's obvious they have more business than they know what to do with and could care less about customers.

7. This hotel has a Hertz car rental service on the 1st floor, so my husband and I had made a reservation prior to going to Hawaii (thank goodness because they were sold out for walk-ins).
