1. The housekeeping staff cleaned the room almost immediately when you informed them that you were leaving, so that within an hour you could return to a clean room.

7. The room was very pleasant, updated to attractively modern, and very clean (I search bedbug reports prior to booking and I search the room as well as the mattress before unpacking!) The housekeeping is very good even in a big hotel like this one.

10. these are the kind of guests that a property would want to really try to please, but not this hotel!the location is great, the rooms are ok, the television gets only minimal channels (still no MTV, no E, no Bravo, and definitely not one single premium channel such as HBO) rooms are clean, housekeeping is great, property is very well maintained, Staff in some areas leaves a GREAT deal to be desired, some of them just seem like they really could care less about their jobs.
