1. The manager watched the entire thing and made no apologies for the inconvenience, nor did she seem remotely concerned.

Our only negative experience was on the morning we left , we booked speedy shuttle to take us to the airport at 5.30 in the morning and they didnt even show paid $53 for nothing!lucky our flight was delayed or we would have missed it , Christian the hotel manager was wonderful and made sure we got there but my advice is just walk out to the lobby and get a cab there is no shortage and it will cost you around $40 instead of what a shuttle costs .

7. Everyone from the bellmen, restaurant staff, maids (especially nice) to the managers who run the hotel are very customer friendly.
