The lady at concierge said it is cheaper to book through them and didn't understand why everyone lined up a Hertz to get to rent a car (well maybe if you suggested it as an option to your guests, they probably would!) So save yourself the time waiting at Hertz (always a long line) and go straight to the concierge for your rental needs.
