1. The Biltmore area of Phoenix is a very upscale section of the city where accommodations (at the likes of the Ritz Carlton, Arizona Biltmore Resort and Embassy Suites) can get more than a little pricey.

2. We had a king suite which was rather spacious - the king size bed was in a room by itself, and the suite had a fold out queen size bed, and table/chairs area.

3. This is not the first time we have stayed here, having been guests of this property both when it switched to the Highland ownership a couple years ago and when it was a Phoenix Inn and Suites property.
