1. Though my voucher said breakfast no included, the hotel added the complimentary breakfast and also provided complimentary pickup and drop to the airport!all this for $100 a night, which i think is the best deal i have had in the United States.

4. I would reccomend it, we got a deal on it so it was worth the $ but I would not pay the 150 regular price per night.
