2. The staff was really friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations, booking taxis etc. The location is great around the corner of the Biltmore Fashion park with loads of restaurants and cafes.

A friend had booked the reservation, and we were delighted to find a clean and spacious room with great bedding and pillows, an outside fireplace (where we played scrabble at night), a clean and comfortable hot tub, a hot breakfast with good variety and pleasant kitchen staff, a nice happy hour and, in general, a safe and welcoming experience with excellent staff.
