1. I got an extremely good deal on our one night stay, so I thought 'why not?' On arrival, I was very impressed, grounds were immaculate, lobby was spotless, valets were very attentive.

4. The doorman / valet was extremely helpful and friendly on check-in and even ran up to the front door and opened it for my wife and he seemed genuinely happy to provide good service for the hotel patrons.

5. The hotel was nice enough to send a valet to pick up a wheelchair the morning of the surgery to get the patient across the road quickly (very cold that morning).

8. I think the parking was a bit too high for this location ($18 for self-park/$24 for valet) but at least our car was safely parked underground in a secure lot for that price.

9. They do provide a shuttle service, it makes several stops, better just to get a cab ($7 to downtown) Parking was a little salty as well garage was $14, valet was $20.
