1. (Never mind that they had charged us $18 to park there!) The only help the bully in the garage would offer is to tell me to go inside the hotel and ask for security to help me.

2. It was kind of crappy because for self parking, we had to park, drag our stuff up to check in, then go back down to the garage to put a permit on our car, and nobody bothered to tell us what exactly we needed to bring with us for in and out privileges (bring the hang tag AND blue ticket).
