1. 4-star hotels have concierges, nice towels & sheets, polite staff, swimming pools, taxis waiting outside, insulation for a quiet room experience, and a nice/quality/roomy bathroom.

7. I am an avid gym fan, found this one to be well-equipped, but have grown accustomed to individual screens for cardio machines, this fitness center had two large screen among the cardio and was in need of towel replenishment.
