1. We checked in at 430 pm, had dinner reservations at 530, in a nice resturant so we were in the middle of changing our clothes and in walks housekeeping.

2. The hotel has a free shuttle (the drivers ask for a tip) that will take you anywhere within a three miles radius, very convenient for a downtown dinner.

4. We used this to get downtown (it drops off at the corner of Illinois and Maryland by Circle Centre Mall) for dinner and back to the hotel and found it very convenient.

8. Went to dinner came back and our keys don't work, finally get back into the room still freezing turn the furnace up to 85 never got warm, then there must have been a party in the next room they were blasting the tv and the radio until about 1030, they were never asked to turn it down.

9. Since we had dinner reservations at 5:30 PM and tickets for an event at Lucas Oil, we were told by the front desk they would store our luggage until we returned and checked in, which we said would be around 10:00 PM.
