5. We found a very cool restaurant with great prices & great food on the way back called Bourbon Street - highly recommend this as there are not many options close to the hotel.

6. I think the parking was a bit too high for this location ($18 for self-park/$24 for valet) but at least our car was safely parked underground in a secure lot for that price.

7. The proximity of the hotel from the mini start makes it a decent choices for the race if you happen to get it on Hotwire, but otherwise I'd definitely stay in a hotel that actually is downtown for a similar or cheaper price (like the Holiday Inn Express, or even the Sheraton).
