Also, there is only valet parking at this hotel ($32/overnight or $18/day with unlimited in and out privileges) and the valet people were very polite, helped with bags, etc. We even ordered a pizza one night and when it arrived the front desk called us first to check that we'd ordered it and then asked if we minded if the pizza be delivered right to our room- um, you mean I don't have to go all the way down to the lobby to get it.

10. I simply wanted to let them them know that an item had been stolen from my car allow them to both address it with the valet department and to address a customer service issue with me.
