1. Our super king bed was very comfortable and had fresh sheets daily and the bathroom although tiny was well equipped with lots of towels etc. The position is perfect if you want to be near all the cafes & shops of Georgetown which we loved.
"Great price & location April 2012 " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/27/2012 Vote
2. The maid was very friendly and offered fresh towels and toiletries despite my request that the room not be cleaned.
"Great Georgetown Location, Older Amenities " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/23/2012 Vote
3. Bathrooms are for one person at a time, towels and soap adequate.
"Georgetown location, mystery charge " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/23/2012 Vote
4. Very clean, good machines, water, towels, headphones, etc. It was a Kimpton hotel, so not sure if that group has wonderful hotels at all of their locations, but we were very impressed w/the Monaco (in Alexandra).
"A disappointment " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/30/2009 Vote
5. Not so good: rooms in the basement (and you basically walk through a hallway of private glass dining rooms to get there), stained carpets, an unworkable TV in the seating area, no cell reception in the basement, ripped upholstery -- basically the room is about 10 years overdue for a renovation (except, of course, for the towel warmer, which looks new).
"Beware of the basement " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/12/2007 Vote
6. Here are my observations:Good: great location -- central Georgetown, luxury toiletries (Rusk, when I was there), towel warmer in the bathroom, decent (and clean) sheets on the bed.
"Beware of the basement " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/12/2007 Vote
7. Granted we did not pay very much for the room (around $100 more with taxes) and the towels and sheets were clean.
"Spiffing up needed! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/29/2011 Vote
8. It's also not a good place if you're any bigger than a fifth grader and expect a shelf or towel rack in the bathroom.
"Not my worst enemy... " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/13/2011 Vote
9. Should have known better than to try them for a return visit, since on our first visit there was insufficent hot water, too few towels, and a bedside lamp with a burned out bulb.
"Wonderful location but poorly run hotel. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/20/2011 Vote
10. On our second stay (Room #1010), the toilet was broken, the towel racks were missing, the room was barely big enough for the bed.
"Worst Hotel in Washington " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/16/2011 Vote
