1. Our super king bed was very comfortable and had fresh sheets daily and the bathroom although tiny was well equipped with lots of towels etc. The position is perfect if you want to be near all the cafes & shops of Georgetown which we loved.

3. The room was cleaned to a high standard every day and clean sheets put on the bed daily, we did not see any evidence of vermin of any description.

4. There`s a definite trend, which I`ll recap:Pro`s:* Close to lots of shopping, $20 cab to DCA airport* Quiet, set back from street (but a/c is noisy)* Recently refurbished rooms, nice sheets but pillows are like huge foam rocks, not down/feather.

5. While the sheets were clean and the housekeepers were nice folks, I was overall disappointed by the general upkeep of this hotel.

6. Ended up in the 8th floor in a corner room that was very nice, king bed, beautiful sheets and covers, turn down service, 2 windows and a nicely done bathroom and great shampoo, lotion etc.Just a ton of restaurants nearby and I chose one @ the corner called Paper Moon which was a very good late night choice, good chianti at the bar, nice pasta and it was a 1 minute walk.

7. Here are my observations:Good: great location -- central Georgetown, luxury toiletries (Rusk, when I was there), towel warmer in the bathroom, decent (and clean) sheets on the bed.
