for the facilities and services they provide.

After I got home I had a mystery
charge
appear, and it's taken several calls and emails to resolve it, they finally responded and say that they'll credit my account, it isn't there yet, stay tuned.

The only problem we had was that the cable went out in the room the 2nd day we were they and they were unable to fix it, so they upgraded us at no
charge
to us to the best room in the hotel on the 10th floor with a corner room with windows on both sides and also gave us a portable fridge in the room too.

nearly as much as the Latham.
