4. This hotel was very disorganized, they miss placed reservations, billed the group charges that were clearly not ours to our master bill, despite emails that were sent directly to our sales coordinator, didn't make corrections and pretty combative in denying that she had made any mistakes.

5. When originally confronted about it, the front desk manager claimed that he screwed up 20 gift bags (labeled with reservation numbers and last names on each bag) because he was 'busy', yet they were still going to bill us for this 'service'.

6. Several rooms got billed to the wrong people, and our billing for the event itself was stuck in a maelstrom of accounting and sales staff, none of which could seem to produce complete documents (such as an invoice), and none of which who seemed capable of answering our questions.
