5. I arrived on the red eye from San Francisco at 7 AM and the organization arranging my stay had paid extra to have the room ready early since I had to shower, change and make an 8:30 meeting.

7. hairs in shower on arrival and then again in 2nd room which they moved me to when I requested a change having woken up with 16 bites on my first morning!3 days later they are still itching me like mad.
