4. There`s a definite trend, which I`ll recap:Pro`s:* Close to lots of shopping, $20 cab to DCA airport* Quiet, set back from street (but a/c is noisy)* Recently refurbished rooms, nice sheets but pillows are like huge foam rocks, not down/feather.

7. The decor is highly dated, the wallpaper was peeling of the walls, the TV's were made circa 1989, the beds and pillows were old, the closet doors had been removed, the air conditioner rumbled loudly, and the lobby of the hotel looked like it could have been a Best Western.

10. Wallpaper peeling off walls, stains on ceiling, horrible tube televisions that are too small, the worst pillows ever, awful bath products, cracked tiles on bathroom floor that could cut you, and the most unfriendly staff I have ever experienced.
