5. These were all family owned businsses with selections ranging from French, Italian, Asian, Greek, Mexican, Irish, American, really great local restaurants where the locals go.

6. Yes, it is about 4 blocks from the metro and it's on a hill, but the view is amazing, and you the restaurant variety is amazing.

7. The walk to and from the Metro is pleasant with folks walking their dogs, dining at restaurants, and generally just hanging out in the area.
