5. Also, it would be nice if their website stated their rigid parking fees since an overnight charge of $39 or a daily charge of $26 might be a bit pricey and a shock to someone upon check-in.

6. To top it all off, we were in the ER all night (returned to hotel at 9am) therefore our car was not in their lot at all, so when we tried checking out at noon, they gave us a hard time trying to make us pay for their $39 overnight parking charge.

7. Needless to say we complained and it was lowered to the daily charge of $26, which was still ridiculous (most expensive 3 hour parking fee we've ever paid!), but I was exhausted, and tired of arguing and wasn't going to continue complaining at that point.

8. We stayed in the room for 3 hours in the morning, the car was left outside the front of the hotel by the valet, why charge us the overnight price.

9. The next day I had a friend join me for the evening, so I asked to be switched to a room with two beds - the staff helped me move my things to another room at no charge and no attitude, nothing but kindness.

10. For less than their additional charge for internet access you could stay at a Kimpton or Sofitel, so why would you stay here.
