3. I selected this hotel based on reasonable cost and great proximity to Dupont Circle activities and the Metro, all just a short walk down the hill.

9. On August 13, I called customer service during my layover to try to get twin beds instead of a king bed, and they upgraded my room at no cost.

10. The only inconvenient of this hotel is that the internet service has cost in your laptop, it has two computers but I prefer to have internet in my computer.
