4. Fabulous experience on my DEC 2011 stay: wonderfully appointed and very clean room (junior suite), some of the most friendly and attentive staff (front desk to bellman to housekeeping) seen in any hotel - including five star properties.

5. Housekeeping was a little scarce, we had come back to the room around 12:30 and they still had not come, the hotel staff was able to give us clean towels in the meantime, but it would have been nice to come back to a clean room after the race.

9. When I checked in - I called housekeeping several time to get basic room necessaties such as water glasses for the bathroom, bath rugs (marble floors), robe and feather pillows.
