1. Be sure to toss towels/washcloths on ground if you want clean ones replaced.

Plus side - free chilled, purified water and bottles to fill; free wireless internet; frig and microwave available upon request; free printer in 'club room'Minus - smallest room I've ever seen; horrible service in restaurant, bugs in restaurant, no dresser to put clothes in, poor tv reception, surly staff, half-hearted housekeeping and tiny bathroom and not enough towels and washcloths.

7. The cleaning staff would only give us one wash cloth and one towel, even though there were two of us in the room, so we constantly had to keep getting more.

8. Another nice thing about the hotel was they have a closet on each floor where you can get additional towels, pillows, blankets, etc..

9. Beyond these issues, there was no coffee, no towels in my room (still waiting on them) and the rooms are tiny and pretty grubby (although it looks liek they tried with the decor).
