7. Great service getting a cab for me amid the worst snow storm of 2009 (March 2!) Given the vis-a-vis DC modest Expedia room price, easy walk to White House, Willard Hotel, Smithsonian, Old Ebbitt Grill, etc. a great deal for the money.
