1. Well, my check in time was less than 24 hours therefore their strict policy is to charge you for that night even though I was going to be staying the next night.

2. Use kiosk to check in it is very quick and easy, beware of extra person charge, i believe i got an extra $15 tacked onto my bill because i requested 2 keycards, i did not inquire due to the amout of people at front desk, nor was i given a bill under the door.

3. The hotel offers room service from the restaurant on the first floor, but you can also order off menus from several neighborhood restaurants and have it delivered to your room for a nominal $2.50 charge.

4. After all, we had not hidden the fact that our reservation was for two people; no one had mentioned the extra fee when we booked the room; and our friends were charge for the same type of room (1 queen bed, I think) and had checked out literally seconds before us, with the same desk agent.

7. one of the best elements of the hotel was the terrific restaurant on the premise that served a delicious dinner and a good breakfast at reasoanable rates (which i was able to charge to the room).
