1. Use kiosk to check in it is very quick and easy, beware of extra person charge, i believe i got an extra $15 tacked onto my bill because i requested 2 keycards, i did not inquire due to the amout of people at front desk, nor was i given a bill under the door.

3. I know that 15% is a typical tip (no pun intended) in the USA, but it was the first time that it was added automatically to any of our bills.

4. Our only surprise was that when we paid the breakfast bill, a 15% gratuity had already been added, but there was a place to add a higher tip if you wanted.
