5. You have to park two blocks away, bit of a pain but not unusual for WA I hear, and $15 a night is on the low end of what the guide book said you usually have to pay for hotel parking.

7. Proximity to the Metro ( although the Farragut North stop is closed on the weekends), the White House, and several museums is a huge plus, while having to park a couple of blocks away is something of a drawback.
