1. I should also point out that we were charged over $220/night for our room, while our friends apparently received a group discounted rate of less than $100 a night.

3. If you have a car the hotel has a discounted rate with Central Parking, entry on 18th St NW between K & L streets, with elevator to 1020 Connecticut Ave (about 3 blocks away).
