1. I reserved a Superior room with a pull-out sleeper and when I checked in, I found that I was given a free upgrade to a Suite with a pull out sleeper and a kitchenette.

2. As far as the actual hotel facilities go: the rooms are small (except, apparently, for the suite our friends got); the location is convenient to tourist attractions, but the area is totally dead at night and on weekends.
