1. There isn't much within walking distance in terms of sights, however the free trolley does run nearby with stops at museums, shopping etc. Breakfast is included and is provided in the Friday's restaurant on-site, with lots of variety to choose from.
2. -Amenities: We weren't there long, but they seemed to have everything you'd need there including a free breakfast at TGI Fridays.
3. That being said, there were some problems: the free buffet breakfast served at the attached TGI Friday's was a complete zoo, and if you don't get there early it's crowded, dirty and there may be no tables, forks, spoons, cups or plates available; there was some kind of construction or renovation going on in the room either above or next door, and during the day you could hear it; on-site parking is overpriced at $44/day; you can wait a long time for the elevators; housekeeping seems to be understaffed since they didn't get to our room the first night we were there.
4. The hotel also includes a free buffet breakfast, which is served at the TGIF's next to it.
5. Free breakfast was also laudable.

9. free breakfast was a plus since we were out most of the day.
10. The free breakfast buffet was fine - not the best I've seen but just fine with a decent variety of hot and cold foods, and it was located in the TGI Friday's on the hotel's property.
11. The free breakfast was great with a variety of choices including an omelet station but get there early because it can get pretty crowded.
12. We attended the managers reception the night we checked in and got our free drinks and snack, and then had a full hot breakfast in the morning that is also included with your room.
13. The free breakfast was a buffet at the TGI Fridays that was kind of lame.
14. As for the free breakfast, you get what you pay for.
15. The free breakfast was really crowded and hectic, but the food was delicious, My only problem was that we booked months in advance, through Expedia, choosing a room with 2 beds in it, but when I got there, they told me I asked for a single king bed, even though I had a confirmation saying otherwise.
16. Well, we did save some money staying there however the breakfast situation was an understaffed free-for-all with food running out every 5 minutes, people running for the few meager cups put out, and long lines.
17. Another perk is the hotel offers free breakfast buffet at TGIFridays (which it is attached to) in the morning.
18. the service is excellent, my room was HUGE and clean and had a balcony (gotta love that), there's free drinks downstairs for happy hour, free fantastic breakfast with pretty much everything you could ask for, a decent gym, a seriously comfortable bed that I wish I could have spent more time in.

22. The hotel is attractive and clean, the room was spacious and clean, and we were able to take advantage of the wonderful daily free buffet breakfast which is in Fridays attached to the hotel.
23. The staff did their best, helping to direct people in the unbelievably crowded breakfast space--a free breakfast is never worth the kind of wait for seating and fresh buffet food that we experienced--and maybe they learned that booking all those triathlon people (with bikes, which didn't fit in the elevators except when standing on end--awkward for other passengers!) wasn't such a good idea.
24. it was good breakfast food and it was free.
25. we were not expecting that in our budget, but we also didn't expect the free breakfast or the free drinks in the evening, so it evened out.

36. I was in Philly on business but tourist should like this hotel because of the size of the suites themselves, the free breakfast, and the fact that the Franklin Institute, the Academy of Natural Sciences and the Philadelphia Art Museum are all close by.
37. Free breakfast buffet at TGI Fridays was a step or two above the usual free breakfast you get at most hotels, but only average compared to a typical family restaurant.
38. We especially looked forward to the complimentary breakfast each morning which we enjoyed and we took in the evening reception with free drinks and snacks.

48. Positives:* room was very clean* bed was comfortable* one of the largest hotel closets I`ve ever seen* sofa had a pullout bed* balcony* kitchen suite was helpful* very friendly staff* free breakfast - I`ve read some complaints about this in other reviews and I thought the food was pretty average free hotel breakfast, but they did have an omelette station* managers reception - we didn`t partake, but there was an option to drink on the houseNegatives* building is oval shaped so rooms are shaped like pie pieces and the entrance doors were three or four inches apart* kitchen suite was looked dated (although clean)* bathroom towel rack and shower curtain rod were both loose* didn`t have a business center* all the vending machines were on the second floor* there was a concierge station, but no one was ever at it* the elevators were very slowly and at one point, only one of the three elevators was functioningHotel is undergoing renovations that will likely address some of the negatives.
