1. Trip started with the hotel misbooking the reservation, appliances being either broken or blowing fuses and fitted sheets being non existent.

7. On top of the bedbug horror, the carpets were stained and disgusting, there was previous guests' hair everywhere, cigarette holes in the sheets and bed spread, and the staff was downright nasty and mean.
