The breakfast was very tiny and packed, the gym a disaster and the pool is right next to the
parking
lot (which was also full upon arrival, would have been additional $18) Another guest recommended the
parking
lot across the hotel where its only $15.

I've been to New Orleans before and I know the car
parking
can be a problem so I was smart enough not to hire one until we left for the second half of our trip.

Was told at check-in that
parking
was unavailable, but when I went down for washcloths (we didn't have any, remember?) someone just checking in said she had changed her mind and would park at the hotel after all and got a
parking
permit.

Overheard some other guests saying that they were
parking
their car across the road for $15 a day but I would rather pay extra and have it secure then run the risk of anybody walking through the car park.

We could not have access to the streets next to or in front of our hotel because of filming so we were told each time to walk all the way around the block (a downtown city block) and make our way through a
parking
lot to the back entrance.

We were charged $20 a day to
park
our car, but we did not have the ability to come/go as we pleased because of the filming, and of course, the owner had no problem taking the money without explaining to people the limited access.
