1. Finding any room in New Orleans downtown was very difficult but this would appear to do.

2. While obviously a budget conscious hotel we found the rooms clean - with all necessary amenities including breakfast, downtown location, blow dryer, iron etc. etc. On the morning before our last night a guest who obviously didn't know better used the safely fire sprinkler in the ceiling of the room as some kind of clothes rack, triggering a massive flooding of the hotel, resulting in our evacuation.
"Excellent caring little hotel at the price " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/11/2012 Vote
3. We had to book here because it was the only downtown hotel where we could find two rooms during the weekend of the Saints playoff game and the BCS National Championship game.
"The negative far outweighs the positive " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/11/2012 Vote
4. We could not have access to the streets next to or in front of our hotel because of filming so we were told each time to walk all the way around the block (a downtown city block) and make our way through a parking lot to the back entrance.
"The owner/manager is a absolutely the rudest businessman I have ever experienced! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/23/2011 Vote
5. There is NO PARKING at the hotel (some right across the street for a charge $) if that's an issue for you, but really you do not need a car in this town, as you can walk from one side to the other in about 25 minutes and there is literally NOWHERE to park downtown anyway.
"Didn't Have Any Problems! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/8/2010 Vote
6. This hotel is not very expensive compared to similars and is very close of everything and it's in downtown you sleep in absolute silance.
"BEST CHOICE FOR SMART PEOPLE " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/14/2008 Vote
