1. They inform us that there is a happy hour either in the lobby or out by the pool from 5-7pm.

4. The security guard, who incidently was playing Facebook's 'Farmville' on the computer in the lobby as we passed, came up the stairs and immediately yelled at us that he was going to call the police on us for pushing the call bell in the elevator.

7. Continental breakfast was OK - bagels, toast, pastries etc.Staff were mixed - some friendly, and some were just arguing with each other in the lobby about their shift times, who was more senior than who, etc etc. Not very professional.

8. The property bills itself as 'under renovation,' which means peeling paint above the front desk, unpainted drywall patches in the lobby, and wrinkled, worn carpeting in public areas.
