4. If you're on a higher floor, hang out by the window near the elevators for a couple of minutes to get a great view of planes coming in (very low!) for landing.

5. Balconies are nice with great views of the harbor and downtown areas, proximity to freeway and downtown area provide alot of traffic noise when the doors are open.
