1. A very sweet voice answer's the phone and say's her name is 'Maria and how could she help me?' I asked for more towels and within 5 minutes I had not only more Bath towels she also sent up more hand towels.

2. For both rooms when the rooms were cleaned, they took our bath towels which were all hanging on hooks without replacing them and it then took us 25 minutes to get clean ones delievered which made us late for an events on both Friday and Saturday.

8. While I understand downsizing in this economey it seems that the towel situation could be easily rectified and the either the bar is open or it' s not.

Pool area started off looking like a very nice space when you walk outside, only to find:1) A significant sized area (on floor 5) with a very small pool2) Only 10 chaise lounges (there are some outdoor sofas for those who like that)3) Really nice bar with some stools and beers on tap, but no one working there!4) No towels at the pool (had to go into the gym to get towels)Again, I'm not someone that traditionally complains.
