1. elliot was very curtious and checkin with ray was spectacular he was very informative and brief about all my amenities and especially the cookies he gave us were soooo good!so we come down the same night to have a nice dinner at the restauraunt and there was this horrible singer we did not get her name but it wasnt like we even wanted to know.

5. Kudos to the hotel for offering to foot the bill for the taxi (it was extended as an offer, without my prompting), but they really should make sure that this important amenity is toward the top of their priority list.

6. It had all the standard amenities, e.g., shampoo, conditioner, iron, hair dryer, etc. I was impressed by the dual trash/recycle bins.

I would go so far as to say that the rooms are a great value since they are brand new with the Doubletree bed, a great balcony (but if you`re a light sleeper, the traffic noise from the 5 might be a bit much), the biggest tray of bath amenities I`ve ever seen (and I`m a Hilton HHonors Diamond!) and free internet (a rarity in full-service hotels).
