4. Balconies are nice with great views of the harbor and downtown areas, proximity to freeway and downtown area provide alot of traffic noise when the doors are open.

9. Bathroom - there was something weird going on with the plumbing, because whenever you used the sink, the drain in the bathtub would start making funny noises.
