1. Our 12th floor room had wonderful view of the mountains and city.

4. All the staff was friendly and helpful from the valet, the desk, bellman, maid, room service, etc. The rooms were elegantly furnished and decorated with a nice view.

8. The rooms could use a little sprucing- the wallpaper in the bathroom is peeling up and the carpet in the bedroom had a large stain but these things are easily overlooked after a night in a plush bed, surrounded by spectacular views of the city and the mountain ranges beyond.
