1. The location is convenient-- although there isn't any major shopping nearby, there are several good restaurants and coffee places, including Starbucks, and there is a free tram down the street if you don't feel like walking; it goes to Temple Square also.

3. If you're not much of a walker, there is a free shuttle a block from the hotel entrance that takes you up to Temple Square, the convention center, shopping areas downtown, etc. We had such nice weather and the streets are clean, wide and flat - so it's less than a mile to easily walk to these places.

Tried to get boarding passes printed and were frustrated to find out that the business center closed at 6pm and we were not able to use our room key for access-asked at the front desk if they would be able to print out the passes and were told we would have to go across the street to their sister hotel to print them at a cost of $6.

10. It's obvious that the absence of a steakhouse in the property was intentional so as not to detract from the steakhouse at the Little America across the street.
