We typically have stayed on the east or west side of the hotel but this night we were placed on the south side and I would not recommend to anyone who stays on the weekend to stay on the south side of the hotel as there is a club called Studio 600 that blasts heart thumping music well beyond 1 a.m. I called down to the front desk at 1:12 a.m. and asked if there is not a ordinance that all music stops at 1:00 a.m. and the front desk attendant said she would call the manager of the club and let them know it was disturbing guests.

8. When we arrived (and found our correct room) there was a basket full of fruit and chocolates waiting for us (complements of our ambassador), as well as personal letters from her and from the hotel manager offering their services.

10. The General Manager was more understanding, but I don't think it should take a long phone call with the General Manager to address and solve a very simple dispute.
