1. Had probably the best meal of the holiday in the hotel restaurant - t bone steaks were to die for - but the price was the most reasonable - I guess we weren't being treated as tourists.

8. The price difference would've been understood for anyone not retarded had he simply mentioned the option between private and metered taxi, which is in fact what I expect from a five-star hotel service.

9. One concierge employee was also bizarre, asking me which cab I wanted to the airport and quoting the price for each in the lobby area.

No, that meant that Grand America devised a marketing plan to sell its rooms at certain prices through a travel agency called Expedia, and there is absolutely no need for its reception staff to bring up the name of my travel agency unless there is a specific reason to do so, such as my wanting to cancel or make a change in the reservation.
