1. Great views, great bed, best bath ever and the Lower East location.

The room we had was on the 9th floor, which was disappointing, but the room and view was still beautiful, however, there is a roof parking lot right outside the hotel, and people in new york tend to bring chairs to their roofs and sit up there, so even if you are on the 9th floor, you will not really be getting any privacy with your floor to ceiling windows.
