(after initial check-in staff were completely indifferent) and to be fair she accepted our compaints and offered to waiver the room fee for one night.

However, the staff - from the bartenders at THOR, to the restaurant

, to the reception desk attendants, to the worst of them all - the god awful woman who arranged a bulk room purchase for a wedding we were there for.
