8. On trying to bring it to the attention of the hotel staff, we were snubbed and told that due to the lack of any further vacancies, we would have to contact Manuela Kolb, the manager of Hotel Rivington during our time there.

9. However, the staff - from the bartenders at THOR, to the restaurant manager, to the reception desk attendants, to the worst of them all - the god awful woman who arranged a bulk room purchase for a wedding we were there for.
