1. While the front desk was generally responsive and helpful, in the six nights we stayed there the groom's luggage went missing and our marriage documentation got thrown out by housekeeping.

4. My pet peaves were all addressed here: plenty of big white towels in the bathroom (not the standard kimpton 2), complimentary wifi (for any hotel more expensive than $100/night, it should always be free), friendly front desk staff.
